PRIOR LEARNING RECOGNITION PATH (RPL) TYPE A

MUHAMMADIYAH UNIVERSITY OF MALANG

Odd Semester Academic Year 2024/2025

GENERAL INFORMATION

A. RPL Type A1 (Transfer Credits)

1. A path to continue formal education to a certain level through the transfer of credits (credits) from formal education at a university in the past (transfer level).
2. Graduate Study Level
3. Registered as an RPL student and the learning process is carried out face-to-face.
4. The study period is by the remaining credits that have not been converted according to the level of study, minimum 2 semesters
5. The study fee is proportional to the number of remaining credits that have not been taken, then divided equally and paid per semester.
6. Open to all study programs at UMM.
7. Diploma 3 graduates, according to the level of study they are aiming for.
8. Have a transcript of grades from previous higher education.

B. RPL Tipe A1 (Transfer SKS)

1. A path to continue formal education through partial credit (credits) from formal education, non-formal/informal education, and relevant work experience.
2. DIPLOMA 3 and Bachelor Study Levels
3. Registered as RPL students the learning process can be carried out in a blended manner.
4. The study period is by the remaining credits that have not been converted according to the level of study, minimum 2 semesters
5. The study fee is proportional to the number of remaining credits that have not been taken, then divided equally and paid per semester.
6. Open to all study programs at UMM.
7. Graduates of Senior High School / Vocational High School / Madrasah Aliyah / Diploma 1-3 / Bachelor, according to the level of study being pursued.
8. Have formal, non-formal, informal education and work experience that is relevant to the study program being pursued

PLACE & TIME OF REGISTRATION:

UMM Campus III BPP (BAA) Office, July 15 – August 24, 2024

CONSULTATION & REGISTRATION:

1. Consultation and bring related files to the UMM BPP (BAA) according to the type of RPL:
   a. Photocopy of High School/Vocational High School Diploma, D1/D2/D3/S1 Diploma, and Legalized Transcript.
   b. Relevant non-formal/informal education certificates.
   c. Description of work experience portfolio and supporting documents.
   d. Photocopy of Family Card, Parent's ID Card/Own ID Card, and Birth Certificate of prospective students.
2. Registration at online.umm.ac.id (with a Cover Letter from BPP (BAA) UMM.
3. Payment for registration at a bank designated by UMM.
4. Download E-Card
5. Receive a Cover Letter for Conversion and Recognition of RPL to be brought to the Study Program.

CONVERSION AND RECOGNITION BY STUDY PROGRAM ASSESSORS:

Conduct the Conversion and Recognition process for CAMABA RPL, if accepted a Conversion Transcript will be issued

PAYMENT:

Payment is made at the UMM finance office. Settlement of RPL fees for Semester 1. Payment information at finance.umm.ac.id or contact 082213337171, 087770555692 (call only during working hours 08.00 - 16.00 WIB). The study fees for the RPL Type A1 and A2 programs can be Download

REGISTRATION AT BPP (BAA) UMM:

Register as a student at online.umm.ac.id until you get an E-KTM, and program the Course Study Plan Card (KRS) at infokhs.umm.ac.id

COLLECTION OF STUDENT COMPLETENESS

At the UMM Campus III Equipment Section, Jalan Raya Tlogomas no. 246 Malang
