Field Assistant of Nursery and Planting

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Create HTI plant nursery plans and seedling maintenance plans according to the readiness of the planting area.
Create monthly planting target achievement plans, and ensure the achievement of overall HTI planting targets.
Carry out and monitor HTI plant seedling maintenance until ready to plant in the field, and coordinate with the Plantation Department to prepare seedling needs.
Evaluate the area before planting and coordinate with the Harvesting Department to prepare the planting area.
Control costs and work results in the work area.
Carry out other duties and responsibilities based on direction from the Company.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Minimum education S1/D4 majoring in Forestry, Agriculture, Plantation, Agrotechnology, Agribusiness.
Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a Nursery Assistant in HTI or a minimum of 2 years as a Nursery/Planting Assistant in HTI.
Can make reports and operate computers and Ms. Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint, etc.
Have good analytical, communication, and leadership skills;
Willing to be placed in all business areas of the Company (South Sumatra).
