Requirements:

• Min. Bachelor's degree in Agrotechnology/Agronomy/Landscape Architecture
• Mastering and being able to operate AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop (architect, site survey, 3D render, analysis, construction drawing, landscape design)
• Having experience in Estate/Office Building/Apartment
• Having knowledge and understanding of nursery to maintenance and supervision of indoor and outdoor plants

Responsibility:

• Ensuring all plants in indoor and outdoor areas are well maintained.
• Preparing work plans, maintenance, and supervision of all work areas and equipment of the Landscape Department related to Green House, Outdoor Garden (Area, Sidewalk, Planter Box, etc.), Indoor Garden (Mini Garden, Container Garden, Seating Area, etc.).
• I regularly check the work program schedule and recapitulate Landscape vendor reports, including the daily, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, and Annual Work Plans.
  Create and conduct periodic reviews of the Landscape Vendor work program schedule, including: general maintenance, periodic maintenance, and preventive maintenance.
• Perform supervision and coordination functions with Landscape vendors regarding field findings and conduct controls throughout the Landscape area.
• Master / understand the types and conditions of plants up to handling plant pests & diseases.
  Able to create garden design plans, both Indoor and Outdoor areas.
