Another proud achievement has been earned by a student of the Faculty of Agriculture and Animal Science, Universitas Muhammadiyah Malang, specifically from the Agrotechnology Program. Radea Pijar Ramadhan, a student of the 2024 cohort, successfully secured Second Place in the 2024 National Championship (KEJURNAS) for Students and College Athletes in the sport of Karate Kyokushin Karate-DO Indonesia.
The competition, held at GOR Bimasakti in Malang, brought together talented athletes from across Indonesia. Radea competed in the Student Division for the 60-70 kg weight category. With rigorous mental and physical preparation, he showcased his best skills, outshining many tough competitors.
In a brief interview, Radea expressed his gratitude for this achievement. "I dedicate this victory to my family, friends, and the academic community of the Agrotechnology program who have always supported me. I will continue training to achieve even better results in the future," he said enthusiastically.
The Head of the Agrotechnology Program also highly praised this accomplishment. "Radea has proven that students can excel not only academically but also in non-academic fields. Hopefully, this will inspire other students to continue developing their potential," he remarked.
