Main Job:

1. Prepare individual annual work programs
2. Conduct studies on the condition of human resources needed to realize pest control programs
3. Carry out coaching and supervision functions for Operational Supervisor, Account Executive/Marketing and Admin personnel so that they are always consistent in carrying out Supervisory duties and functions systematically and evaluating the effectiveness of their work results.
4. Ensure that all pest control activities are in accordance with the established planning and ensure the effectiveness of their implementation.

 

Qualifications:

1. Minimum education of S1 all majors
2. (Plant Protection/Agriculture/Agrotechnology is preferred)
3. Minimum one year of work experience as a leader
4. Have good technical knowledge in the field of pest control (Principles of IPM and UPM)
5. Communication and time management
6. Analysis and Problem Solving
7. Strong Leadership
8. Able to lead a team to achieve work targets
9. Able to drive a vehicle and have at least a SIM C (Preferred to have SIM A)
